Job Description
HVAC Technician
Edgewater MD
Yearly Salary: $55000$60000
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on site installations troubleshooting repair and maintenance of building HVAC systems
- Perform HVAC tuneups
- Assist with installations as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC Control Systems
- Maintain accurate project and timekeeping records
Requirements
- High School Diploma plus some technical schooling
- Experience with commercial HVAC Equipment a plus
- Must have HVAC install experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
