Job Title: Customer Support Representative L1
Location: Trichy (Work From Office)

Salary Range: 1.7 LPA to 2.4 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels.
- Communicate effectively in English and at least one local language (Hindi Urdu Bengali).
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues adhering to service level agreements.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fastpaced 24/7 environment.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- International call handling experience is a plus.
- 02 years of experience in a customer support or call handling role.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in English and one or more local languages (Hindi Urdu Bengali).
- Basic technical knowledge with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to handle customer concerns efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rotational shifts.
- Attention to detail with excellent time management.
- Customerfocused attitude and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Candidates must have experience in handling calls in a professional environment.
