Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships driving field sales and meeting organizational targets. This position is designed for individuals with excellent communication and networking skills who thrive in a highenergy clientfacing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through effective networking market research and direct outreach.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive field sales activities to achieve and exceed targets set by the organization.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions sales activities and progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and services.
- Represent the company at industry events seminars and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and business prospects.
Qualifications:
- MBA graduates preferably from premier institutions.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role; immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- High energy levels and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently in a field sales role.
Good communication skills are essential. Must possess a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.
Education
Must be a graduate from any stream.
