The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting training and managing volunteers to support the organization s programs and events. This role involves ensuring that volunteers have a positive and meaningful experience while contributing to the organization s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement volunteer recruitment and retention strategies.
- Coordinate volunteer orientation and training sessions.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in social work human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in volunteer management or coordination.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of volunteers.
- Proficiency in volunteer management software and tools.
