Job Description
This is a remote position.
As an Acquisitions Specialist your responsibilities will encompass receiving and relentlessly following up with leads negotiating discounted purchases of offmarket properties and adeptly preparing and securing contracts to ensure seamless and triumphant sales procedures. From the instant a lead materializes to the moment you furnish our closing team with a signed contract you will play a pivotal role in propelling our businesss expansion and achievements. We hold our teams professional growth in high regard providing toptier training that grants you the chance to learn from the industrys finest. As an indispensable member of our acquisitions team you will be equipped with all the essential tools and support necessary to excel in this dynamic position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passionate about selling and negotiations
- Relentless in lead followup
- Thrives on building relationships and assisting others in challenging life situations
- Must embrace a solutions over problems mindset
- Selfstarter with an incredible work ethic and strong time management skills
- Demonstrate positive initiative and focus in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional drive and determination to consistently produce topquality results
- Excellent communicator with a personable demeanor
- Exudes a positive Go Giver attitude
- Works well under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Patient when having hard conversations
- Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including crossfunctional teams
- Bilingual or multilingual skills in Spanish are preferred!
- Former Military NCOs (not officers) First Responders College Athletes and Bartenders are preferred!
TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a reliable computer with ample storage and a fast processor
- Must have a reliable smartphone with a sizable data plan
- Must be software proficient (especially with Google apps for business Microsoft Office CRM s DocuSign Adobe PDF etc.)
Benefits
COMPENSATION:
- W2 position; base hourly rate is Minimum Wage as a Draw Against Commissions
- Avg. income $100000 yearly (top associates have made over $250000/year)
- Tiered Commission Structure based on Gross Profit you generate for the company. The more you generate the higher your commission split!
