(InHouse Company Secretary)
- Organise and attend Board Board Committees and Shareholders Meetings and to record minutes of meeting.
- Ensure that directives of the respective Board of Directors are carried out by maintaining effective communication between the Directors and the Management.
- Able to advise Directors on various statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to their respective responsibilities.
- Filing of statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia determine and ensure timely announcements and submission reports to the Bursa Malaysia the Securities Commission.
- Organize training and seminars for the Directors monitor mandatory training as stipulated by Bursa Malaysia i.e. the
- Liaise with Share Registrar to ensure share registration processes are in compliance with Companies Act 2016 and the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act 1991 and its regulations.
- Arrange Mandatory Accreditation Programme ( MAP ) for Directors
Requirements
- At least ICSA / MAICSA qualification.
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate secretarial practice preferably experience in publiclisted company.
- Good knowledge of Companies Act Companies Commission of Malaysia requirements Listing Requirements Malaysian de on Corporate Governance and other relevant Securities Commission guidelines.
