Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our client is an award winning and leading influencer marketing agency based in Singapore. They are seeking a fulltime Content & Community Curator to work remotely from Vietnam.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia. This role requires a unique combination of creativity customer focus analytical thinking social media fluency and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with content creators clients and colleagues.
This is a fulltime remote role. The successful candidate will be based in Vietnam.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Plan execute and coordinate campaigns liaising with clients and influencers for campaignrelated activities
- Own and develop strategies and KPIs to grow and engage our influencers community and social media accounts
- Unleashing your creative juices in proposing suitable marketing campaigns
- Conceptualising and pitching for exciting campaigns with the various departments
Creator Relationship Management:
- Source evaluate and build relationships with new creators
- Engage retain and develop strong relationships with existing creators
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics
- Create data visualizations to present campaign results to clients and stakeholders
- MOnitor and report on creator performance identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct social media research and talent research to inform campaign strategies
Operations and Finance:
- Contribute to scale operations for the company through innovation efficiency and root cause analysis while optimising the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating problems
- Effectively manage and optimize campaign cost and budget
- Process creators payments on time with accuracy
Crisis Management and Support:
- Handling crisis effectively when required
- Provide proactive support to the team and collaborate with team members
Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other responsibilities that the company may assign to you from time to time within the reasonable scope
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in running influencer marketing campaigns and managing influencers
- Experience in running campaigns and managing influencers outside of Vietnam would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills an eye for content and a keen understanding of social media platforms
- Excellent relationshipbuilding and networking skills to work effectively with content creators clients and colleagues to execute successful campaign planning and execution
- Experience in project management with exceptional organizational skills and a mindset towards delivering results on time and on budget
- Ability to analyze data metrics and insights to inform campaign recommendations and optimization
- Has a creative and innovative mindset focused on driving results and achieving benchmarks
- Proficient in the English language and the Vietnamese language
- Degree or diploma in Marketing Communications Digital Marketing or related field preferred but not required
- The successful candidate should be based in Vietnam.
- Be comfortable to follow Singapore working days (Mondays Fridays) and hours (9am 6pm Singapore Time) and Singapore public holidays.
