The core programs of the Fleet Division include vehicle acquisition maintenance repair fuel and signs. Our mission is to maintain one of the most efficient fleets in the country with a focus on customer service safety and sustainability while advancing our programs through innovative fleet management strategies and technologies.
Major Responsibilities
Under supervision with some latitude for independent initiative and judgment supervise and oversee programs for the Fleet division.
Collect enter and analyze data. Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Assist with software training including Fleet Focus (M5) and AMPS for less experienced staff.
Using various software and data collected conduct research and investigations to help predict trends.
Create record keeping systems for storing tracking and retrieving data.
Manage databases including M5 access and generate reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Assist with Fleet metrics and policy compliance the sign program and the fuel management program.
Assist in the creation and management of contracts.
Respond to telephone and inperson inquiries from the public including the scheduling of service appointments.

Qualifications :
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to 1 or 2 above. However all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in 1 above.
