Lead Full-stack developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead web development projects and teams (solutions based on using the newest technologies)
• Implement new functionalities in frontend and backend
• Oversee the technical direction and architecture of projects ensuring best practices and highquality standards
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and backend/frontend developers
• Mentor and guide junior and midlevel developers to enhance team expertise
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code across both frontend and backend technologies
• Conduct code reviews troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Write unit and endtoend tests participate in developer testing
• Stay up to date with current technology trends in web development

Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of experience in web development or experience as a lead web developer preferably in the financial industry
• Fluent English language skills (both written and oral)
• Practical experience with agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge in frontend frameworks (Angular / React) and backend technologies (Node / Python / Java)
• Sitebuilding expertise
• Experience with RDMS and ORMs
• REST Swagger
• Clean code SOLID
• Unit/E2E testing
