As a result not only are we looking for individuals with great Strategy experience but the ideal candidates will also have wider business transformation and change experience which allows us to develop Strategies that we know will work in practice and which we can help deliver against.
Were looking to grow our Strategy & Transformation team across the Nordics in response to growing market demand. You will have the opportunity to work and lead on diverse projects primarily in the Consumer & Manufacturing industry and in addition adjacent industries such as Energy & Utilities Financial Services and Public Services.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Working with clients to identify and explore different strategic choices/ options leveraging technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Managing and delivering complex consulting projects ensuring highquality outcomes and client satisfaction
- Contributing to thought leadership initiatives sharing insights and best practices with colleagues and clients
- Contributing to business development activities including proposal writing and client presentations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members fostering a collaborative and highperforming team culture
Our team is based in Stockholm and you will work predominately on client site. Travel may be required but we are committed to working with any qualified candidate to understand what flexible working patterns can be adapted.
Qualifications :
Essential
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy strategy consulting or a related area
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully designing (and ideally leading delivery of) transformation projects
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and fostering collaboration
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
- A drive for personal and professional progression
Desirable
- Experience working with clients in the Consumer & Manufacturing Industry
- Experience with Due Diligence (commercial and/ or technical)
