We are looking for skilled management consultants   you are a consultant with a welldefined toolbox who is eager to continue and develop and cater to our clients needs. As our need is across the business we are looking for consultants who have experience in both leading and supporting projects. Examples of project experience that would be highly relevant are;

• Strategy development
• New operating models reorganisation
• Process development and operational excellence
• Digitalization programs and implementation

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 35 years of experience of working as a management consultant is considered a must
• Experienced in leading teams projects and programs helping clients identifying business needs
• Excellent ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to understand business needs drive Clevel conversation and work with leaders across business and IT
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with use of a range of methodologies
• Structured in communication and implementation of initiatives
• Full proficiency in Scandinavian language

Meritorious should you have;

• Held roles such as project leader or program manager
