Job purpose
An integral part of the Reward Team working closely with the Reward Director and the rest of the HR team to lead the delivery of Evelyn Partners Reward proposition.
Working in partnership with the business and HR and Finance colleagues will combine an understanding of the organisation and its context with Reward expertise in order to tailor reward solutions and develop effective interventions to meet organisational needs now and in the future.
The Senior Reward Business Partner will work with the Reward Director to provide commercially focused and pragmatic solutions for all reward matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis modelling and process management on matters associated with a colleagues total compensation including salaries bonuses and equity.
- Manage the annual pay review working closely with the HR and Finance teams.
- Lead the bonus budget and accrual process working closely with Finance colleagues Reward Director and Chief Financial Officer.
- Create and refine new and existing incentive schemes to support the development of the business.
- Support the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers.
- Work with the wider HR team to design and deliver appropriate strategies which effectively communicate and educate employees on key reward projects or processes. Lead benchmarking analysis working with externally appointed suppliers as appropriate to help formulate views and provide recommendations on new and existing reward policies.
- Produce all audit and regulatory returns.
- Work with key external remuneration advisers as required.
- Manage Reward analysts.

Key Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical numerical and modelling skills
- Delivery orientated and able to adapt to changing context
- Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.
- Resilient approachable and confident.
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation and working with Finance colleagues
- Understanding of regulation and legislation affecting Financial Services and Professional Services
- Strong influencing skills and is able to adapt style to different audiences.
- Experience of operating effectively at a senior level and an ability to challenge appropriately
- Has gravitas and is able to build credibility easily
- Leadership experience either as a line manager or a coach/mentor
- A role model for others
- Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills.
Professional Qualifications and Education
- Post graduate HR or Finance qualifications preferred
