Develop and execute omnichannel consumer campaigns
- Understand the roles across channels develop relevant consumer campaigns to wow shoppers in store.
- Drive initiatives with effectiveness ensuring that activities align with marketing/ trade marketing goals and produce measurable impact.
- Work together with internal (Brand marketing Off Premise channel team Field sales team) and external (trade marketing vendors) stakeholders to develop instore visibility plans.
- Design and manage trade materials including instore displays pointofsale materials and promotional tools.
Budget & efficiency delivery of trade marketing activities
- Manage budget planning for trade marketing relevant expenses and monitor spend progress.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop tradespecific promotional programs that align with company objectives.
- Leverage competitive analysis to understand competitor strategies strengths and weaknesses within the offtrade channels.
Strategic planning to drive category growth
- Understand consumer & shopper trend assist category manager to develop category growth strategy across all relevant channels
- Explore and develop omnichannel consumer / shopper touch point opportunities
Qualifications :
3 years experiences in FMCG trade marketing function or creative agency managing trade marketing POSM materials any other working experience in brand marketing and key account sales will be plus.
Lack of experience can be compensated with demonstration of exceptional performance such as
- Taking high levels of responsibility with proof of success.
- Demonstration of strong core capabilities such as language proficiency problem solving capabilities and technical capabilities (programming design etc).
- Direct contribution to business results through innovative initiatives.
Experience in the following
- Working with/worked as creative agencies in developing POSMs for consumer activation in physical retail outlets.
- Experience in consumer trade activation via digital channels (Line Ecommerce Key Account apps and online stores).
- Experience in managing multiple projects & budgets
- Fundamental understanding of trade & brand marketing operations.
Team player enjoy working in fastpaced environment with growth mindset.
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
