Job Description
- Monitor activations around our match day fan zone location the BULLevard ensuring our fans and newcomers are welcomed and assisted with any questions regarding activations.
- Ensure prematch preparation is in accordance with operational standards and understanding the safety measures behind each activation.
- Assist in the execution of other activations around Red Bull Arena and offsite events.
- Be a liason for any onfield match presentation tasks during prematch halftime and/or postmatch.
- Support the field marketing teams grassroots efforts by distributing print collateral and providing the highest level of customer service when needed.
Qualifications :
- Experience in event marketing preferably with a background in sports and/or entertainment
- Ability to work in various environments including large groups community events and match day activations
- Provide a high level of customer service and able to act accordingly to resolve
- Quick adapter to sudden changes
- Able to lift up to 30lbs and are comfortable standing up for long periods of time
- Available on nights and weekends
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
