Business Plan & Strategy
- Bring business insights to set commercial strategic priorities.
- Executes the annual business plans according to organization requirements and KPIs like distribution volume profit etc.
- Drive and manage key Red Bull initiatives.
- Manage the assigned budget.
- Manage inventories levels of the assigned distributor centers.
Execution and Tracking
- Lead and manage the implementation of Red Bulls commercial strategy at all key customers.
- Develop short and midterm customer strategies.
- Implement price strategies and establish customer pricing accordingly in the assigned areas.
- Develop systems to track and measure KPI execution.
- Monitor sales/POS progress against business plan.
- Ensure trade execution standards.
- Coach the Distribution Partner to produce execution excellence.
- Continuously track and adjust volume and profitability targets by using existing sales reports.
- Prepare and discuss success of executed plans (e.g. promotions) with customers and show Red Bulls contribution to customers business.
- Use the Perfect Store Audit to manage the execution in store effectively.
- Execute & Follow assign universe with perfect store alignment.
Business development
- Coach and develop Key Stake holders at the Distribution Partners according to the defined strategy for the market.
- Understand the DPs structure and Way of Working to define effective incentives plans to assure focus.
- Continuously evaluate channel investment to bring plans to increase profitability while maintaining channel growth.
- Field oriented Mindset to follow and execute channel strategies influence the distributor field force to maximize efforts.
Analysis and Planning
- Analyze available data sources (e.g. Nielsen scanner customer data and DP sales reports) and derive customers and channel growth opportunities.
- Continuously plan sales forecast and prepare trade spend budget to hit profitability targets.
- Develop plans for annual business and effective promotion.
- Prepare yearly negotiations (including different scenarios) with focus on Red Bulls sales drivers and Red Bulls customer spend strategy.
- Produce excellent conceptual selling decks and establish Red Bull as the category leader.
Long Term Sales Drivers (influence DPs to implement)
- Develop relationships with key customers and new business leads.
- Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards.
- Win cold front of store and cashier placement in all channels.
- Increase product distribution and availability in all channels.
- Increase share of space in store using category insights.
- Sell permanent and temporary displays into all customers.
Qualifications :
- University Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Advanced English level (90%).
- 3 years of sales distribution and / or key account experience in consumer goods industry (beverages preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Strong communicator and influencer.
- Able to work independently and highly organized.
- Updated Drivers license.
