Job Description
The Products team is responsible for developing and delivering the future of payments in Central America and the Caribbean. This role is in charge of product delivery in market including P&L responsibility for the consumer products and services portfolio in select markets within Central America & the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will need to define and execute a strategy that includes managing & optimizing the existing line of business prospecting for new payment opportunities and delivering new use cases.
Principal Responsibilities
- Execute strategic initiatives designed to deliver defined revenue goals.
- Engage traditional financial institutions and nontraditional clients to understand their needs and consultatively sellin Visas products and services
- Manage product and service portfolio in market to identify opportunities for optimization and to deepen and extend relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for new payment opportunities and perform prospecting with clients partners and providers to develop business
- Identify and deliver new use cases in market that combine digital assets and APIbased capabilities from Visa clients and partners to deliver on revenue goals
- Collaborate internally with Product and Country Sales Teams and Client Services organization and externally with partners enablers and solution providers to execute in market.

Reporting Relationships and Interactions
- Reports to Director of Products & Solutions Central America and the Caribbean Region
- Direct interaction with country and regional executives
- Direct interaction with function leads and Business Development leads in market
- In this role you will be at the center of a crossfunctional team and will have direct interaction with function leads and Business Development leads in market
- Direct interaction with key clients in country & Region
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Key Competencies:

- Languages: 100% Written and Spoken English and Spanish
- Payments Industry Fintech Mobile Money Digital Banking experience preferred
