EXECUTION OF PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS
- Develop and implement National Promotional Programs with key accounts.
- Deliver against retail channel business plan promotional frequency targets.
- Communicate account promotional priorities to all field teams in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide recommendations to maximize sales effectiveness and ROI from customer and consumer activities.
- Provide timely and accurate promotional forecasts both externally with the customer and internally via the demand planning process.
- Be responsible for the financial claims and all financial impacts in relation to the responsible accounts.
- Monthly post promotional analysis of all major Red Bull promotions in all responsible accounts.
VOLUME FORECAST AND TRADE INVESTMENT DELIVERY
- Deliver the monthly business plan financial sales volume in serving units across all key accounts including indirect customers.
- Understand and adhere to the company S&OP process and metrics with mandatory participation and engagement in all meetings.
- Deliver profitable growth via effective and optimal use of available investments.
- Keep within approved monthly Trade Investment budgets for permanent discount and Joint Advertising targets.
- Act as the central hub and facilitate the timely communication of account information to relevant field teams.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL ENGAGEMENT
- Work with Category Management to translate key sales data into simple easy to use tools for the field teams where relevant.
- Provide assistance to finance team monthly on accruals and reconciliation of actual to forecast spend.
- Provide assistance and support to State Account teams in delivering effective regional operations briefings.
- Provide assistance to customer service teams.
ACTIVATION OF THE WORLD OF RED BULL
- Develop implement and drive major Red Bull events at account level.
- Activate offlocation displays and improve visibility through the field teams of these major events.
- Liaise with finance in providing timely and accurate permanent discount and Joint advertising accruals.
- Support Category Management during Category Range Reviews per account.
Qualifications :
- Account management experience (min 5 years).
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experiences in seeking winwin situations.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Excellent financial and analytical ability.
- Solid understanding of category management marketing and finance principles.
- Intermediate to advanced level PowerPoint and Excel skills.
