FIELD SALES
Within the On Premise team we have three specialized field teams each designed to maximize our impact in outlets and ultimately increase the number of cans in consumers hands. The primary focus of the field teams is to secure distribution while also elevating the overall execution by expanding the product assortment enhancing visibility and driving product or brand activations. By joining the Field Sales team for your first rotation youll have a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the fundamentals of sales. This rotation will allow you to learn firsthand how to create effective strategies that drive sales and build strong relationships with key outlets. This experience will serve as a solid foundation for your commercial career providing insights that will be invaluable as you move forward in the program.
MARKETING
Trade marketing
The Trade Marketing Team connects Marketing and Sales by adapting marketing strategies to sales initiatives ensuring activities align with brand guidelines for optimal commercial outcomes and regularly analyzing results for improvement.
Festival and Event marketing
The OnPremise Events & Festivals team is responsible for consumer strategy and initiatives for both owned events and thirdparty festivals delivering impactful initiatives to win the hearts of consumers. By joining the marketing team you can fully utilize your creativity while learning everything about structured advanced project and budget planning.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
The Key Account team in On Premise focuses on national chains across various segments including accounts such as Hema KFC Holland Casino Vermaat Catering Van der Valk and Dunkin Donuts. The main challenge for this team is to secure and maintain distribution across a diverse range of accounts while also fostering strong relationships and effective stakeholder management with these clients. To ensure longterm sustainable growth we emphasize the importance of solid trade agreements driven by detailed customer planning in collaboration with the Trade Marketing and Field teams. By joining the Key Account team youll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on some of the largest accounts in the Netherlands. Even optimizing the smallest details can lead to substantial results driving major improvements in the business.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of professional experience (e.g. internship traineeship or full time employments) in an commercial environment
A strong and proven affinity for and experience in the On Premise industry (hospitality and/or events)
Open personality and eager to learn
An entrepreneurial mindset: making the impossible possible
Proven handson mentality and strong analytical skills
Native Language Dutch Fluent in English
