FIELD SALES
Distribution (availability) in combination with perfect execution of the Red Bull portfolio is a crucial success factor on the way to further double digit growth. It is the Field Sales Teams daily business to gain cross channel distribution supported by perfect and distinct execution. Several teams have been lined up to eventually reach 100% distribution in the most efficient and Red Bullish way. In the Field Sales team you get the ultimate opportunity to get to know the basics of Sales but also to contribute to the team strategically. A key project could be to work on the optimization and integration of the cross channel approach while making optimal use of the big bunch of available data everything to max out the distribution of Red Bull!
TRADE MARKETING
The Trade Marketing Team acts as a bridge between Marketing and Sales being mainly responsible to translate the Marketing Strategy into the Sales Strategy. The Team drives trade activity proposals with rational and commercial backing pushing the brand guidelines to maximize commercial results whilst protecting the brand equity. To continuously improve results all activities and campaigns are analyzed by the team. Category Management is an essential part of the Trade Marketing team. Your analytical and storytelling skills will be challenged and further developed in this sub part of the team being responsible for your own Category Development project(s). Our Category Developers generate relevant shopper insight and research based upon a clear business or category issue and integrate them into actionable plans to drive Category Management. Furthermore they focus on the perfect mix of all Ps (Product Price Place and Presentation) to push development of both Red Bull and the Energy Drinks category.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Both the Retail and OutofHome team focus on maximizing the distribution visibility and findability of the products of Red Bull within our Key Accounts (e.g. supermarket chains gas stations wholesalers etc.) in order to drive maximum profitable growth. Negotiating relationship building stakeholder management and goal getting are the key words. Continuous identification of business opportunities which will be unlocked via strong relationships with our customers solid trade agreements and driven by excellent shopper insights derived together with the Trade Marketing Team.
ECOMMERCE
The ever growing and developing market of eCommerce is an addition to the sales channels Red Bull is performing in. With focus on this channel we close the omnijourney our consumers are in and make sure Red Bull is everywhere. Our customers vary from eGrocery players as AH.nl to wholesalers as Sligro where the eCommerce department is responsible for looking like no.1 online developing customer activations and improving every step in this journey by the amount of data that is available online.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of professional experience (e.g. internship traineeship or full time employments) in an commercial environment
Proven track record in Project Management
Proven handson mentality and Strong analytical skills
Your enthusiasm is contagious: open personality and eager to learn
The ambition and responsibility to own important projects and drive your own development
Native Language Dutch Fluent in English (written & spoken)
