Job Description
Client Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders manage and calculate projectrelated requirements. Support in all stagesfrom preproduction over principal photography to handover to post.
Rental Administration
Create implement and adjust internal workflows to manage the full rental lifecyclefrom request to billing. Coordinate team schedules for equipment preparations and checkins in close collaboration with the Senior Rental Manager.
Utilize our rental management software as one of our power users contribute with own ideas and experiences to optimize internal processes.
Budget Planning
Contribute to the team effort of investment planning execution and tracking the performance of our investment decisions.
International Cargo & Customs
Handle projectrelated international logistics in close collaboration with selected partners.
Organize issue and track customs documents (Carnet ATA) to ensure efficiency and compliance to company standards.
Qualifications :
5 years of relevant experience in rental management ideally in a camera rental house or a comparable facility.
Knowledge of Easyjob is a plus.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a pragmatic problemsolving attitude.
Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and the ability to manage complex workflows.
Analytical thinking and strong resource management
Willingness to contribute to improving our work environment constantly.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational team of media production professionals.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2.807 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
