Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee academy player education program ensuring alignment with school partner and strategic goals.
- Manage all aspects of the current homestay program including strategy for expansion.
- Collaborate with Skills Consultant Clinician and Head of Sports Performance to develop and implement strategies for optimizing individual and team performance.
- Deliver off field education including workshops volunteering and other initiatives.
- Plan and implement onboarding process for all players.
- Research and execute future transportation solution for players.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience of developing training/activities/workshops for athletes
- Knowledge of safeguarding issues SafeSport policies and best practices
- Experience supporting the emotional and mental health issues that affect young athletes utilizing medical referrals when applicable.
