Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee academy player education program ensuring alignment with school partner and strategic goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the current homestay program including strategy for expansion.
  • Collaborate with Skills Consultant Clinician and Head of Sports Performance to develop and implement strategies for optimizing individual and team performance.
  • Deliver off field education including workshops volunteering and other initiatives.
  • Plan and implement onboarding process for all players.
  • Research and execute future transportation solution for players.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience of developing training/activities/workshops for athletes
  • Knowledge of safeguarding issues SafeSport policies and best practices
  • Experience supporting the emotional and mental health issues that affect young athletes utilizing medical referrals when applicable.
