Territory Management
- Deliver business plan volume and distribution targets for the assigned region.
- Manage and control indirect distribution through our wholesale network.
- Monitor and manage wholesalers stocks.
- Monitor and control market price ensuring pricing compliance.
Strategy & Planning
- Constant review of RTM business model in accordance with market dynamics.
- Implement wholesale loyalty programs and initiatives in his/her assigned region.
- Seek new business opportunities arising in different subchannels.
- Lead and develop the value chain for Delta region and ensure the DP has ROI mindset.
- Execution excellence initiatives via wholesale activation plans and relevant POS.
Sales Management & Leadership
- Tracking Distribution Partners team performance and actively developing the team to reach their targets through continuous coaching and trainings.
- Actively develop and maintain relationship with customers.
- Ensuring winwin relationship with the trade.
Reporting
- Report competition activities and recommending action plans.
- Ensure updated territory database and segmentation.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG business leading sales teams with a clear focus on distribution (Wholesale experience preferred).
Ability to lead manage and motivate distribution partners.
Strategic thinker with growth mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the Delta region.
