Job Description
MARKET SUPPORT
Youll support Brand Managers with local consumer activation implementation by working closely together with the local teams throughout the year in Sports and Brand Building functions as well as keep track and schedule follow ups for all Consumer Activation projects.
ENGAGEMENT
Youll be responsible to amplify and strengthen our instore campaigns making sure the consumer has a genuine Red Bull experience online that is fun and engaging. Youll also be Creating tools and supporting the local teams on ensuring quality as a main focus.
LIMITED EDITIONS
Youll own the Limited Edition Packaging process by mastering our internal tools and guiding countries with guidelines while you collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization for constant improvements and smooth process.
POS
Youll be responsible for ensuring our visual branding is unique while staying recognizable and consistent.
BRAND GUARDIANSHIP
Youll be managing how we communicate and show our brand to consumers ensuring we communicate our brand beliefs and values along with our product benefits and attributes in a relevant way for consumers globally.
Qualifications :
University Degree
Fluent in english german would be a plus
At least 34 years of brand management experience with a strong understanding of the entire marketing mix
Proficient understanding of trade marketing
Very good project management capabilities
Strong ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
An openminded international and entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude
Passion for premium brand management and lifestyle brands
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2.69100 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
