Als Store Manager bist Du nicht nur fr einen exzellenten Kundenservice und den Verkauf von Salomon Produkten verantwortlich sondern untersttzt auch den Store Manager bei den tglichen Geschftsablufen.

Wir bieten Dir die Mglichkeit dich auf verschiedene Bereiche in unserem Store zu konzentrieren Visual Merchandising Marketing & Community Fhrung oder Operations.

Das bedeutet dass Du fr die Gestaltung des Stores bei der Planung von verschiedenen Veranstaltungen im Store oder auch fr die Social MediaKampagnen des FlagshipStores verantwortlich sind.

Zustzlich schliet das Aufgabengebiet des Store Managers die Organisation des Lagerraums sowie die Organisation der Lagerbestnde ein.

Deine tgliche Aufgaben:

• Umsetzung von Manahmen zur Erreichung der Ziele
• Training Mentoring und Motivation des StoreTeams
• Aktive Kundenberatung und Verkauf von Salomon Sportartikeln
• Umsetzung der Visionen der Marke und Ablufe sowie Vorschlge zur Optimierungsmglichkeiten
• Umgang mit dem Warenwirtschafts und Kassensystem
• Untersttzung bei der effizienten und effektiven Umsetzung aller Ablufe im Store (Warenannahme/prfung Lagerung etc.)

GENERAL PURPOSE

As a Store Manager you will not only be responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling Salomon products but you will also support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store.

We offer you the opportunity to focus on different areas in our store Visual Merchandising Marketing & Community Leadership or Operations.

This means that you will be responsible for the design of the store in the planning of various events in the store or also for the social media campaigns of the flagship store.

Additionally the Store Managers responsibilities include organising the stock room as well as organising the stock.

Your daily tasks:

• Implementation of measures to achieve the goals
• Training mentoring and motivation of the store team
• Active customer advice and sales of Salomon sporting goods
• Implementation of the brands visions and processes as well as suggestions for optimisation possibilities
• Handling the merchandise management and cash register system
• Supporting the efficient and effective implementation of all processes in the store (goods receiving/checking storage etc.)

Qualifications :

Your Profile:

• Du bringst mindestens 15 Jahre einschlgige Erfahrung in einer fhrenden Position im Einzelhandel mit
• Du mchtest Deine Leidenschaft fr die Sportindustrie mit Deiner beruflichen Aufgabe verbinden
• Du liebst den Umgang mit den Kunden und schaffst auergewhnliche Erlebnisse
• Du kannst Erfahrung im Aufbau enger Kundenbindungen vorzeigen
• Ein ausgezeichnetes Verstndnis fr den Einzelhandel Deinerseits ist von Vorteil
• Du bist bereit zu Einstzen nach Schichtplan die Abende oder Wochenenden einschliet
• Du bist motiviert und lernbegeistert
• Du kennst Dich mit der Anwendung von MS Office und den wichtigsten Kennzahlen aus
• Wenn Du Dich auerdem noch mit unseren Salomon Produkten auskennst wre das fantastisch!

Your Profile

• You have at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a leading retail position
• You want to combine your passion for the sports industry with your professional role
• You love interacting with customers and creating exceptional experiences
• You can demonstrate experience in building strong customer relationships
• An excellent understanding of retail on your part is an advantage
• You are willing to work a shift schedule that includes evenings or weekends
• You are motivated and eager to learn
• You know how to use MS Office and the most important key figures
• If you are also familiar with our Salomon products that would be fantastic!
