Job Description
As Narrative Director on Tom Clancys the Division 3 you will be key in defining and executing the games narrative strategy realization and overall experience. Working closely with other directors and leads you will lead a passionate team and be the shepherd and champion of all narrativerelated matters within this highly ambitious project.
Were offering a permanent position in Malm Sweden with the flexibility to work partially from home (up to two days a week) under our Flexible Workplace Policy. Please apply using English our companys primary language.
What youll do
- Establish communicate and champion the narrative direction for the project both internally and externally in harmony with overall creative vision and gameplay goals and structure
- Be a key participant in shaping the themes tones and atmosphere of the games setting and overall experience
- Guide the development of storylines characters and narrative systems and ensure that they are executed to the expected quality
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure that narrative elements are properly integrated and realized and achieve the desired outcomes
- Ensure the quality and tone of the overall writing and scripts as well as any scenes or cinematics
- Be a key stakeholder in casting and recordings

Your team leadership experience equips you to navigate through challenges provide constructive feedback and streamline workflows. Besides the above were looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
- Experience in at least one full AAA videogame production in a supervising role (Director Lead)
- Professional experience in supervising/directing a team
- Capacity to clearly articulate and communicate vision and strategy
- Advanced level in Storytelling and Narrative Design
- A strong understanding of narrativerelated pipelines
