The Information Technology Department of Ubisoft Bucharest is looking for an ERP Application Specialist to provide functional and basic technical support for the companys internal ERP System for internal users located in our worldwide offices on the Finance modules as well as on Ubisofts Supplier Management System.
Your main mission:
- Perform functional and basic technical analysis on the assigned support tickets and handle the communication with the users;
- Collaborate closely with Support Developers to identify the best solutions for bug corrections/ developments in the requested deadlines;
- Create working procedures buildup knowledge database and functional documentation;
- Provide trainings and step by step application utilization guidance for applications users.
- Create SQL queries and request data updates in the database;
- Perform regular system monitoring and data cleanup activities;
Qualifications :
The professional value you bring:
- Previous experience in IT or Accounting/ Finance preferably around ERP systems;
- Previous experience in Customer Support or a similar role
- Basic SQL/ Oracle databases knowledge.
- Understanding of Accounting principles is an advantage.
- Analytical skills.
- Good written and oral knowledge of English French is a plus.
