You will join the IT Business Applications department of Ubisoft and more particularly in the Collaboration & Communication domain whose mandate is to offer our teams the best digital journey empowering them to reach their full potential. This means facilitating collaboration and productivity enabling seamless communication and access to Ubisofts knowledge and assets and fostering inspiring communities.
Within the Collaboration & Communication domain you will be a part of the Connect & Explore team playing a key role in helping and resolving requests & incidents for users within our organization. You analyze and understand the users needs or issues and followup with the responsible product team ensuring the smooth operation of our products. You suggest improvements and advise end users about the usage configuration settings and best practices to ensure products are used to their full potential. You work with all levels of the business: communities job families projects studios and subsidiaries.
Your main mission:
- You act as a first line of support for requests and incidents coming from Ubisoft employees regarding Connect & Explore products
- Provide functional & technical support and assistance to users troubleshooting and resolving issues. Catering to service requests
- Collaborate with Product teams to identify diagnose and fix application issues.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Maintain and update documentation knowledge base and FAQs for troubleshooting purposes and user guidance
- Train and educate users on product features and best practices
- Document distribute and escalate requests and incidents when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive user experience and satisfaction
- Recommend appropriate solutions products and features
- Perform reporting to bring insights to the product teams on the performance of their products
Qualifications :

- Demonstrate a customeroriented approach with strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills in English to effectively engage with users and team members
- Keen eye for details organized problemsolving approach and solution oriented mindset
- Excel in the problemsolving process analyzing and synthesizing business processes effectively and translating them into solutions
- Possess the capability to simplify and explain technical solutions to nontechnical users both orally and through written documentation and training materials
- Exhibit the ability to prioritize and seamlessly switch between multiple tasks while autonomously seeking information and/or solutions
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members sharing knowledge and expertise to accomplish common goals
- Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and products in a fastpaced environment
