Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define the product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value.

Product Development Lifecycle:
- Manage the endtoend product lifecycle from concept and requirements gathering to delivery and postlaunch support.
- Work closely with engineering design and QA teams to ensure product functionality meets specifications.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams technical teams and external partners.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment on product objectives and progress.

Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
- Analyze competitive products and industry trends to keep solutions relevant and cuttingedge.

Agile Product Management:
- Define and maintain a wellgroomed product backlog.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of highpriority features and enhancements.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Define success metrics (KPIs) and monitor product performance postlaunch.
- Use data analytics tools to measure user engagement identify bottlenecks and inform iterative improvements.
- Product Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira Trello Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT systems software development and APIs.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum Kanban or SAFe environments.
- Data Analysis: Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau Power BI).
- Documentation: Ability to create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and User Stories.
