Job Description
Job Title: Product Manager (IT) (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision roadmap and strategy based on market trends customer insights and business goals.
- Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Gather prioritize and document product requirements through user research feedback and data analysis.
- Act as a Product Owner in agile teams creating and managing user stories backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide future enhancements.
- Coordinate product launches ensuring alignment across teams and seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in an IT or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA Confluence or other product management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with UX/UI principles and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
