Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to build and maintain relationships.
- Drive client acquisition by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into longterm customers.
- Support new product rollouts / adoptions by proactively engaging communicating and implementing the rollout/ adoption to all the hirers.
- Forecast track progress and close sales opportunities.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry trends product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in sales or account management.
- Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication & comprehension in English language.
- Able to work in office based in KL City Centre.
