Your assignment
- Use visual merchandising expertise to enhance IKEAs unique identity through strong home furnishing solutions by working with store layout and impactful product presentations.
- Actively support and contribute to department goals by proposing initiatives that drive business growth collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to implement plans.
- Leverage knowledge of local market needs and aspirations to plan and implement relevant inspiring affordable and commercial product presentations that reflect a wide range of styles and price levels meeting diverse tastes to inspire our visitors.
- Contribute to gathering insights on store layout and product presentation translating this knowledge into relevant and inspiring store solutions that support a convenient shopping experience and reflect local homeliving needs.
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable about home furnishing retail and trends to create impactful visual concepts that surprise and inspire visitors.
- Respect routines and responsibilities working with various teams to act quickly on commercial opportunities and understanding the impact of actions on financial results.
- Ensure highquality efficient and costconscious execution of planning and presentation solutions by aligning with national guidelines and applying proven practices.
Qualifications :
Your profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within a designoriented role (visual merchandising and store planning).
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising techniques and trends that influence home furnishings and retail.
- Excellent eye for detail with the ability to balance creativity and commercial appeal.
- Positive work ethic with a passion for design teamwork and taking initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities proactively propose solutions and take ownership of tasks to drive results.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp Revit).
