Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.

Desired candidate profile

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and menu offerings.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment as a waiter, server, or food runner is preferred but not essential.
Experience in customer service roles is a significant advantage.
