Job Description
We are looking for candidate interested in fix term contract for 8 months (FebruarySeptember)
- Performing OTC activities: cash application dunning process debt collections (main focus on Cash Application)
- Resolve day to day queries and operational issues from the BPO and suppliers escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Carry out period end reporting process and support the audit process as required
- Continually search for process improvement opportunities monitoring process and performance and making recommendations for changes
- Make changes to standard operating procedures as needed
- Support migration and improvement projects within the scope of services
- Assure proper documentation and understanding of the process including monitoring of process change as required by the business
- Maintain and update DTPs
- Performing OTC activities: cash collection dunning process debt collections credit issues account reconciliation
- Participate in finance and crossfunctional projects
- Quality assurance and service delivery reporting
- Supporting the Offshore Team in running and controlling transactional processes
- Developing onshore function towards excellence in ICFR and operational control
- Operational responsibility for the performance of thirdparty BPO service provider.
Qualifications :
- Degree in business discipline or previous experience in finance required
- Proven knowledge of the airline industry and its solutions would be an asset
- SAP experience highly desired
- Fluent in English verbal and written
- Spanish language as an advantage
- Excellent analytical and cooperation skills
- Focused on excellence and results
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an international environment
- Transition experience including writing and updating procedures process maps
- OTC expertise focused on automation and process improvements.
