The Senior Manager performs the following duties:
- Plans implements and coordinates recruitment and marketing activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries to attract prospective students/candidates for the Universitys Foundation Year programs bachelors programs Zero Year of Masters programs masters and doctoral programs (hereinafter the Universitys academic programs);
- Engages with the Universitys structural divisions central and local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan international partners educational organizations specialized organizations and other entities to execute recruitment activities;
- Organizes the Divisions participation in Kazakhstani and international educational fairs and represents the University and its academic programs to potential students/candidates;
- Participates in the development approval and implementation of recruitment and marketing plans for the Universitys Schools and monitors their execution to achieve the Universitys strategic goals as necessary;
- Assists in events organized by the Universitys academic and administrative structural divisions;
- Provides input and assistance to structural divisions in maintaining relevant sections on the Universitys official website concerning recruitment activities;
- Supports the efficient planning and execution of the Divisions budget;
- Participates in planning analysing and preparing proposals for the Divisions activities;
- Works with the electronic database of students/candidates;
- Submits proposals to the Division Head to improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes for students/candidates and optimize business processes in general;
- Timely and appropriately fulfills assignments from the Division Head and University management;
- Complies with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employers internal documents;
- Ensures adherence to labor and service discipline;
- Is responsible for maintaining the integrity of official documents and preventing the disclosure or leakage of confidential business or restricted information in accordance with the law the University Charter and the Employers internal documents;
- In the event of resignation ensures the timely transfer of all paper documentation digital information and inventory to another employee as directed by the Division Head (with an acceptancetransfer act).
Qualifications :
Education:
- Higher professional education preferably in higher education institutions with teaching in English language
- Masters degree is desirable
Work Experience:
- Minimum of five years in a relevant field
- Minimum of three years with a Masters degree in a relevant field
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education
- Knowledge and fluency in English Kazakh Russian languages
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Power Point Canva programs
- Basic knowledge in marketing and public relations
