Main Tasks:
- Organizing implementing and coordinating PT trainings and events on products and their applications for PT customers (dealers consumers)
- Conceptualization and coordination of training documentation in local languages
- Coordination of training and qualification of external services (promoters merchandisers and demonstrators)
- Dissemination of the link to PT Academy PT Forum and Encyclopedia of PT
- Initiating activities related to the product launch together with the responsible marketing manager
- Developing training programs evaluating their results according to the development strategy of the department
- Determining the overall effectiveness of the programs and suggesting improvements
- Defining the content of training programs and materials according to the objectives
- Preparation of training materials (presentations workbooks etc.)
- Conducting training events webinars seminars etc. in groups or individually.
- Consulting customers regarding technical questions on products
- Demonstration of tools and new products at dealers and trade fairs during training programs at construction sites.
- Organize and conduct onsite training as needed
- Maintaining records of completed courses
Qualifications :
Qualification Requirements
- Experience as a technical product trainer (knowledge of power tools would be an advantage)
- Time management
- Developed presentation skills
- English Upperintermediate level
- Proactive approach to work
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Drivers license (category B)
