The primary purpose of this role is to establish clinical relationships in markets where new campus location are likely to open and to support new programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with health organizations in potential and current markets.
- Develop and manage a national account strategy.
- Use direct mail telephone email and facetoface meetings to determine clinical site capacity for Chamberlain University students and potential for partnership.
- Initiate clinical affiliation agreements and other types of written support for applications for approval of program and new campuses.
- Researches contacts negotiates and contracts with potential clinical agencies for student experiences
- Identifies potential strategic opportunities based on market intelligence.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on clinical relationship initiatives.
- Identify best practices create client facing information and establish ongoing working relationships..
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors required Masters preferred
- Min 5 years business development experience.
- Healthcare sales experience preferred. Nursing preferred.
- 1 2 years salesforce.com experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills must be able to work with various levels of management
- Team player willing to share and exchange ideas
- Action oriented work autonomously with little direction.
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $51962.03 and $93918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on jobrelated factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
