Job Description
Opportunity at a Glance
Adtalem is seeking a Supply Management Analyst to be primarily responsible for managing and optimizing the thirdparty risk management strategies under the direction of the Senior Purchasing Manager to achieve intended business objectives. He/she/they shall use project management and analytical skills to maintain and improve the Adtalem Third Party Risk Management program and seek continuous improvement to drive innovation for risk assessments. The Supply Management Analyst requires strong system administration project management influencing communication partnershipbuilding problem solving and analytical skills.
He/she/they shall partner with Adtalem departments to train colleagues on processes and provide adhoc reporting needs. He/she/they reports directly to the Senior Purchasing Manager within the Supply Management Organization.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Be a champion of Adtalems thirdparty risk management processes
- Play a key role in managing the thirdparty risk management system and continue to drive automation of processes and reporting
- Contribute to and maintain accurate data relating to the ThirdParty Risk program
- Work cross functionally with the ThirdParty Risk Management Committee to facilitate the thirdparty risk process
- Analyze risk screenings to determine the need to escalate to the ThirdParty Risk Management Committee
- Support incident response efforts related to thirdparty incidents breaches or security events.
- Provide training and thirdparty risk management software support to business owners as needed
- As a member of the Supply Management Organization (SMO) initiate and assist with process improvement projects.
- Assist in updating policies and revising frameworks for the administration of the thirdparty risk monitoring and reporting capabilities
- Advocate SMO capabilities to business stakeholders by demonstrating value and fostering awareness regarding the risk assessment process
- Independently perform tasks from end to end with minimal supervision
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a related field or 3 years business experience.
- 23 years project management or system administration experience
- Strong data analytic skills
- Process improvement skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills
- Selfstarter with solid organizational skills
- Collaborative team player. Innovative influential unselfish problem solver
- Preference given for working knowledge of thirdparty risk strategies and best practices
- Preference given to candidates with a background using ProcessUnity risk management software and/or Power BI
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $49199.33 and $86253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on jobrelated factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
