The Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our programs through strategic planning compelling storytelling and datadriven marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for developing gotomarket strategies overseeing paid media campaigns and creating impactful program messaging to connect with target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research crossfunctional collaboration and performance analysis paired with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. This role is critical in ensuring consistent messaging optimizing marketing efforts and delivering measurable results that align with Chamberlain Universitys goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive gotomarket plans including product launches positioning and messaging to drive awareness and engagement.
- Leverage storytelling techniques to articulate the products value proposition connecting its features and benefits to the needs and aspirations of target audiences.
- Conduct indepth market research to identify customer needs industry trends and competitive dynamics using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Partner with product management enrollment and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Oversee paid media strategies and collaborate with the media team to execute campaigns that amplify product and institution messaging and maximize reach and engagement.
- Develop presentations to empower internal teams with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively communicate product benefits to prospects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in marketing business communications or related field required or Masters Degree preferred.
- 6 years of Marketing experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint including the ability to create detailed reports analyze data and design impactful presentations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute gotomarket strategies including product launches positioning and messaging.
- Strong ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and communicate product value effectively.
- Experience conducting market research analyzing industry trends and understanding customer needs to inform strategy.
- Familiarity with paid media strategies and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads social media advertising etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally with teams across Adtalem.
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics measure campaign success and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting marketing materials and presentations.
- Able and willing to travel about 20% of the time.
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $70696 and $124230. Actual pay will be adjusted based on jobrelated factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
