Full rehab unit team w/ physical

Occupational Speech Therapists

Social Worker Rehab Nurses

Neuropsychology support

Case Mix:

Stroke Ortho trauma

Brain injury

Nontraumatic spine

Trauma Level: II

No. of Beds: 10

EMR: Cerner

Other Info: Consultants are readily available

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WI License or IMLC

BC/BE

ACLS ATLS BLS
