Job Description
Join our team as we seek Mechanical and Thermal Engineers to work on the propulsion systems for cuttingedge satellites. You will be pivotal in ensuring the performance reliability and safety of our space missions. See below for the disciplines we are currently hiring for
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Analysis:
- Conduct stress analysis (static and dynamic) using tools such as FEMAP Hypermesh and NASTRAN.
- Engage in engineering activities for both Product/HW and System level analysis.
- Develop and analyze methods and tools to enhance engineering activities.
Mechanical and Thermal Engineering:
- Oversee Mechanical and Thermal Architecture design and implementation serving as a team lead when required.
- Conduct thermal analysis using Systema Termika and ensure thermal performance meets specifications.
- Monitor product technical specifications and ensure Detail Design Technical Consistencies.
Project Management:
- Manage projects within the space sector ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and ensure followup on technical issues.
CAD and Design:
- Perform CAD activities using CATIA V5 3DX and GD&T focusing on both mechanical and electrical backgrounds across various phases (A B C).
- Ensure design relevance and functionality facilitating electrical system integration with mechanical components.
Qualifications :
Key Skills:
- Experience in mechanical engineering with a strong background in the space industry.
- Proficiency in stress and thermal analysis methods.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA V5 3DX GD&T) and structural design.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills in coengineering projects.
