Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the stability efficiency and performance of our technical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring troubleshooting and optimizing production systems with a focus on leveraging advanced tools and technologies. Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Triage production incidents to evaluate their impact and identify causes.

  • Design develop and deploy dashboard solutions and multidimensional reports using Splunk logs and IBM Instana.

  • Collaborate with the team to assess monitoring and alerting needs based on Splunk logs.

  • Analyze databases and Splunk logs to determine the impact of production incidents.

  • Conduct early detection of abnormalities by analyzing Splunk logs.

  • Review Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) to identify irregularities.

  • Participate in production meetings to collaborate and communicate with other teams.

Requirements:

MustHaves:

  • 57 years of experience with Splunk including proficiency in complex queries.

  • Experience with monitoring tools such as IBM Instana or other APM tools (e.g. New Relic DataDog).

  • 57 years of SQL experience.

  • Strong analytical skills using Excel.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).

  • Working knowledge of Java or other highlevel programming languages is advantageous.

  • Understanding of cloud architecture (AWS preferred).

  • Familiarity with best practices in enterprise application architecture design and development.
