Job Description
Job Role: MultiSite Security Officer
Working Hours: Zero Hours
Pay: Site Rate
Location: Various Sites as Required
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Security Officer to join our team as a MultiSite Officer.
The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum. You will be required to make yourself available to provide cover for various sites as needed having the initiative to adapt to new sites and their individual requirements.
Duties include:
- Protecting the client s property people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI s) and sitespecific procedures
- Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and procedures
- Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely accurate and appropriate manner to the Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious incidents
- Completing reports by recording observations information occurrences and surveillance activities
- Maintaining organisations stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Acting as a first line support to customers and visitors to site providing a professional and friendly service
- Understanding the needs of our customer respond accordingly to customer queries and requests and take appropriate action
- Maintaining professional conduct at all times
Requirements
- Full 5year employment checkable history
- Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG
- Valid UK driving licence
- Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner
- Flexible to meet the job requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Smart appearance and be wellgroomed
- Reliable and punctual
- High level of enthusiasm and passion
- Ability to work in a fastmoving environment
