Job Description

  • Rotational Assignments: Participate in structured rotational assignments across different commercial functions including sales marketing business development and customer service.

  • Sales & Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities developing sales strategies and managing client relationships.

  • Marketing: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns market research and product positioning strategies.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction manage key accounts and resolve any issues.

  • Data Analysis: Analyse sales and market data to identify trends measure campaign effectiveness and support decisionmaking.

  • Project Management: Lead or support commercial projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on commercial activities performance metrics and project progress.

Leadership Development: Participate in training sessions workshops and mentoring programs designed to develop your leadership and management skills.


Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field. MBA or Masters degree is a plus.

  • Experience: 02 years of experience in a commercial role such as sales marketing or business development is preferred but not required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).

    • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

    • Leadership potential with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Duration: The program typically lasts between 12 to 24 months with the possibility of a permanent position upon successful completion.

  • Travel: May require occasional travel depending on assignment location.
