Job Description
- Together with manager to set up the team and establish MDI Process
- Educate safety points to the employees
- Implement SOP to ensure service productivity and quality
- Escalate issue before appears
Qualifications :
- Min S1 Industrial Engineering or related field
- Min experience 2 years with the same position on manufacture background
- good English speaking & people management experiences and skills.
- data analysis ability be able to find opportunities from service metrics production metrics P&L data.
- Strong operation knowledge about planning service ELS operation & shopfloor management.
- Basic project management skill to run kaizens
- Open minded to drive changes
