Job Description

Description du poste : 

Sous la supervision gnrale de la Contrleuse le (la) technicien.ne en comptabilit & administration est responsable dassurer la coordination des activits administratives relies au cycle comptable complet dont les comptes payables telles que la gestion des fournisseurs le cashflow les critures comptables pour la fin du mois et les oprations comptables de base.  

Dfis : 

  • Assurer un soutien aux dpartements de production de service et des ventes notamment en effectuant la collection des comptes recevables  

  • Effectuer la vrification et facturation des fournitures de service et des bons de travail; 

  • Participer aux traitements des comptes payables entre des factures au systme comptable et communication avec les fournisseurs

  • Produire les comptes de dpenses du personnel de direction et validations requises auprs des diffrentes institutions gouvernementales (ex. attestation CNESST Revenu Qubec etc.); 

  • Effectuer les critures de fin de mois (courus amortissement taux de change etc.) 

  • Prparer le rapport dinventaire des conciliations concilier des soldes inter compagnie et crer les comptes Concur.

Job description:

Under the general supervision of the Controller the Accounting & Administration Technician is responsible for coordinating administrative activities related to the full accounting cycle including accounts payable such as supplier management cash flow monthend accounting entries and basic accounting operations.

Challenges :

  • Provide support to production service and sales departments notably by collecting accounts receivable.
  • Verify and invoice service supplies and work orders;
  • Participate in processing accounts payable entering invoices into the accounting system and communicating with suppliers.
  • Produce expense accounts for management personnel and validate with various government institutions (e.g. CNESST attestation Revenu Qubec etc.);
  • Make monthend entries (accruals amortization exchange rates etc.).
  • Prepare inventory reports reconciliations reconcile intercompany balances and create Concur accounts.

Qualifications :

Qualifications : 

  • Diplme dtudes professionnel (DEP) en comptabilit en bureaucratique ou lquivalent; 

  • Au moins 2 ans dexprience pertinente en lien avec le poste; 

  • Maitrise dun systme comptable informatis; 

  • Connaissance dun CRM un atout; 

  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office Excel intermdiaire; 

  • Anglais fonctionnel; 

  • tre organis.e et orient.e dtails ax.e sur la qualit de service et le travail dquipe polyvalent.e et flexible.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in accounting bureaucratics or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of a computerized accounting system;
  • Knowledge of a CRM an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Excel intermediate;
  • Functional English;
  • Organized and detailoriented focused on service quality and teamwork versatile and flexible.
