Job Description
Bottle and Can Retrieval Centers is recruiting for a Redemption Center Field Supervisor for the Watertown region. The Redemption Center (RC) Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing overall operations & profitability of assigned RCs as well as supporting location leads as required. This position will oversee multiple locations. TOMRA is looking for a candidate that has a proven track record for strong customer service skills and can implement a culture of world class service.
ANNUAL SALARY
$60410 to $62000 per year PLUS 10% bonus potential. Based on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complying with all company safety standards and guidelines
Over all field profitability
Location visit checklists
Bag audits
All location unit reconciliation
Money reconciliation & safe audits
Monthly inventory reporting
Controlling labor costs
Weekly ADP approval
Hiring& on boarding with Zone Manager support
Location scheduling
Location Lead training
Assist in location coverage when needed
Promoting new business
Maintaining location supplies with Zone Manager approval
Audit depot machine cleanliness & productivity where needed (daily & weekly per policy)
Maybe required to work in excess of 40 hrs per week as business needs require
Company policies and procedures are in compliance

Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive upbeat and energetic individual with customer service and cash handling experience (minimum of 2 years experience)
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs stand for several hours a day and climb ladders
Regular work schedule will include at least one weekend day
Computer literacy a must
Reliable transportation
Must not pose a direct safety threat to himself/herself or others.
Clean driving record
Valid Drivers License
