The purpose of this job is to maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) customers and service an account portfolio.
In this role you will:
- Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account setup and maintenance.
- Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services delivery requests order management and issue resolution.
- Build relationships with customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and increase the volume of customers purchases.
- Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues.
- Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g. package and ship orders receive and inspect inventory products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and deliver customer billing and respond to resulting queries. Report monthly regarding aging invoices.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
- Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum one years related work experience required; two years work experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Basic CRM skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and problemsolve.
- Ability to adapt to change including a willingness to take on new tasks and technology.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and flexibility to support other areas of the business as needed
