The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer service operations ensuring exceptional customer experiences and handling debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of remote customer service representatives
Develop and implement customer service strategies and processes
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
Address escalated customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Manage debt collections and handle overdue payments for delinquent customers
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Proficiency in customer service software and tools
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
