Job Description
We Leaders is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Call Agents. The job description is to:
Introduce We Leaders to potential partners/ customers.
Make outbound calls to institutions and individuals in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
Collect emails from various institutions and individuals.
Represent We Leaders positively and professionally at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service to those you interact with.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
- With effective communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field
