Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals for the roles of Waiters Cashiers and Call Center Operators at our Zouk and Fanar branches. These positions involve heavy customer interaction transaction handling and inquiry management.
Job PurposeThe purpose of these roles is to provide excellent customer service efficiently handle transactions and effectively manage customer inquiries in a fastpaced environment to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately
- Manage customer inquiries effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Pay attention to detail to avoid errors
- Solve problems as they arise to ensure customer satisfaction
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Detailoriented and highly organized
- Strong problemsolving capabilities
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Experience in handling cash transactions (for Cashiers)
- Excellent problemsolving capabilities and a friendly demeanor (for Call Center Operators)
